When my niece arrived for a short visit from her home in Montana after spending two years with the Peace Corp in Ethiopia, I told her that we could do whatever she would like here in the city. Her first request was to find an Ethiopian Restaurant where she could have some of her favorite dishes and also get to speak the language. Check and check! She was perfectly pleased with her meal and she impressed all of us with her language skills.
