Indulging in a three course dessert experience is like nothing else. Owners Don Tillman and his wife Chika opened up this dessert spot in 2003 to create just this experience. The intimate space is fitted with approximately twenty seats where customers are served a “sweet meal.” The centerpiece dessert is book-ended by an amuse and petit fours. One can choose from three options for the main course off the prix fixe menu: American desserts, French presentation, and Japanese tasting portions. While the menu changes daily, expect something interesting to always be on it. How does either Lemongrass Panna Cotta with Pineapple Sorbet sound or Warm Chocolate Tart with Pink Peppercorn Ice Cream and Red wine Sauce? Of course ordering extra desserts or choosing from a selection of cheeses if three sweets are just too much are always options. An extra special treat is watching the chefs plate and decorate orders. It may look too pretty to eat, but do not hesitate to dig in.
